Characterization of therapeutic antitumor effects and antigen-specific CD8+ T cell in ovarian tumors following intraperitoneal injection of chimeric NKG2D-Fc-RO protein. 10-week-old tumor-bearing MISIIR mice were treated with 20 μg/mouse of NKG2D-Fc or NKG2D-Fc-RO protein every week for four weeks and 2.5x106 OT-1 CD8+ T cells were injected intraperitoneally every other week two times. Mice were sacrificed 1 week after the last treatment. Ovarian tumors were harvested for measurement. A. Schematic diagram of the therapeutic regimens.
